You don’t need a big guest list to have a big day, so whether you choose to have a small intimate ceremony or you want all your friends & family there with you, your ceremony will be a day to remember for the rest of your life.

After your ceremony, you can also enjoy a drinks reception served in your choice of stylish function rooms and use the backdrop of your chosen hotel as a stunning frame for your wedding photographs.

A civil marriage ceremony can take place at any time of day between 9.00am and 5.00pm, on any day of the year with the exception of Christmas Day.

The arrangements for and content of each civil ceremony must meet with the prior approval of the Superintendent Registrar of the district in which the approved premises are situated.

The registrar needs to be booked with the relevant local authority directly by the Bride & Groom. This is possible to do 12 months in advance of your wedding date. We can provide you with the correct details you will need to do this at the same time as we show you round the facilities of your chosen hotel.
